Content warning: Anaesthetist caught raping sedated woman during surgery

I'm not going to link directly as it shows the whole uncensored video, but an anaesthetist has been caught on camera orally raping a woman during her c-section surgery.

Nurses had raised concerns about him in the past - they had noticed that some women coming out of surgery were in a deeper state of sedation than expected. Of course their concerns were ignored and their jobs were threatened if they spoke out so a hidden camera was set up which caught him in the act.

I really can't convey how this has made me feel.

Women aren't even safe in an operating theatre full of people. But requesting female care is a step too far.

I can't understand how anyone would be alone with a sedated person in an operating theatre? You say it was during her c section - how is that even possible? The father would be there next to the mothers head, or a nurse / midwife to provide reassurance.

Same. I didn't want to link the report I saw for that reason - I did a quick search and found a different link which also this happened a couple of months ago and has resurfaced because the video is now being shared.

He wasn't alone, it was during the surgery

Wow! So I googled as I have so many questions.
I came across a photo where there's a screen but it's like a half screen where there's a person right next to him and I find it very hard to imagine the other person not seeing what's happening. Also, how long would he be able to do this for with everything happening around him and why - as he can't possibly finish as everyone else still sees his face if not his hands and ...other parts. Just another level of sick!

I feel very close to tears reading this. I literally cannot even begin to imagine that a doctor would do this, or that a woman would have to suffer this. Imagine all the assaults he must have committed. The depravity of men knows no bounds.
