Tribunaltweets are reporting from a social worker's fitness to practice tribunal. They are not naming the social worker - just initials RM. I believe the case has been discussed here before but as they are not naming I won't find old threads.

Social Work England found against her for criticising mermaids and putting other gender critical posts on her Facebook. There were no complaints about her actual work. She is now having a fitness to practice hearing but SWE, a few days before the hearing, decided not to defend their decisions. It sounds like they are applying to withdraw allegations.
SWE's barrister is Robin White.

I've also done a bit of gardening. Here's hoping the Employment Tribunal goes well - but how scary that reasonable, factual views, moderately expressed through the sharing of newspaper articles to friends should result in this sort of targeted persecution

Thank you for sharing the document - it makes for interesting reading.

I find the fact that the social worker was required to express remorse and undergo training, was presented as evidence of her wrong doing, when in fact she was coerced into taking those actions while being threatened with removal of her right to work in her chosen professions, nothing short of shocking.

Update on RMs page - she’s hoping to take SWE to the tribunal for some sunlight. More gardening needed.

It's worth these tactics being highlighted - it's how a bullying ideology enforces fantasies as facts and imposes toxic beliefs on an unwilling population.
