She has just tweeted that she is appealing the decision to dismiss her claim against Stonewall in her recent case.

No news on if a garden is needed to be seeded though!

Yeah it seems like they need to pay a significant chunk of her costs at least, I can imagine a ruling where they decide the costs related to trying to make a case against SW weren't GCC's responsibility.

I think if they award anything over half it's a resounding victory to AB anything under paying half her costs will be less than I expected watching the hearing.

EJ Stout's Order specifically said that the B*ndle was like a demilitarised zone and needed to be re-done.

As we know, this was Order not adhered to.

Who was responsible for the B-word? I have a vague recollection* that it was RW but they were representing Stonewall. Were there separate Stonewall and GCC bundles?

*very vague recollection of a debate about how senior/junior RW is/was and who would normally prepare bundles and then who was ultimately responsible.

@DifficultBloodyWoman the bundle was prepared by GCC so not RMW. To be fair to RMW they did help out by giving translated links which allowed people to get to the right pages in the bundle of doom.

I think BC is saying that GCC attempted to blame Peter Daly for things taking so long but it was because he was trying to get them to sort the bundle. This increased Allison's costs

Thanks. We’re there multiple bundles or just the one for the whole case? If just one, I imagine that adds greatly to the complexity.

I think he's intending to show how GCC's approach to the bungled bundle resulted in great difficulties for other parties and therefore many additional hours of work and costs for Allison's legal team.

My understanding is that GCC gave Allisons team a bundle which was hard to work with then tried to change to a different bundle but I'm not sure Allisons team got it very quickly. Basically lots of arising about that increased costs and made it harder to put together their case

Thank you - so to be clear, the application for costs is for the legal team as well as Allison? If so, did the crowdfunded for legal costs come up short?
