Loos at venue yesterday - spot what’s wrong

Hi everyone - I went to a hen do yesterday at a hired space in London. These were the loos.

once again, women are moving aside for the rights of others and men remain immune.

I am sick of women being the ones who get the short straw.
I went to an outdoor event last Sunday and the first thing I did was check the toilets. I had already warned DP if they were not separate toilets for males, females or GN single floor to ceiling cubicles I wasn't staying.

If the organisers cannot provide that basic provision then they don't get my money.

This is one of the reasons I always carry a good variety of stickers.

I’m assuming that gnc = gender non-conforming.

Thats dreadful. Always sexist. Why is it mens are never the ones sharing their spaces. It is not like the women’s will be secure, floor to ceiling doors and walls.

What venue was this?

Why can’t it be ‘women’ and ‘men / GNC’?

The 'reason' why it's never the mens is urinals.
While on holiday recently we needed to use some public loos. Single occupancy self contained full length, one marked as accessible + baby change, the other two just WC. Perfect... er, no. DH was ahead of me and went into one of the latter. I opened the door to the other, to be greeted by a pong of urine and found it contained just a urinal and hand basin, no actual loo. So 1/3 of the facilities just for blokes needing a piss only.

So men and anyone who might not be safe in the mens then.

We are not human shields for gnc men ffs

Well no, there is a single-sex space, but it’s for men.

there have been numerous examples of this happening, doesn’t surprise me at all and its the thing that pisses me off the most about this whole toilet debacle

@KittenKong course not - and you had to fo
down a very long staircase to get to the loos. There are people with disabilities than T etc.
