Having looked at the archived version, all I can say, is that the legal justice system in Ireland is totally corrupt. Not only is he male, but he is a male psycho who advertises the fact that he wants to kill women. So, what do they do? They have actually made it possible for him to act out his sick plans.

I have been looking for the original thread about this from last year but can't find it (? deleted).

It was reported on that thread that BK was in state care (following a horrific childhood) when BK became friends with another teenager who was transgender, aged around 15. BK had already displayed violent tendencies at this stage.

After this BK expressed a desire to become female.

An assessment by Tavistock seemed to express concerns that BK was not genuine and answers given in the assessment appeared rehearsed.

Regardless of whether BK was genuine or not BK simply had to wait until their 18th birthday and simply sign a form. After that no further questions could be asked regarding how genuine BK was or not.

BK, who had already violently assaulted women and who was considered dangerous to women, was now a woman thanks to Ireland's Self ID laws.

What lessons has Ireland learned from this saga?

Yes, reducing the age of consent to 16 is worrying. Why the rush? Usually legislation takes ages and has many delays, especially in this country. But this issue has been fast-tracked.

I remember looking up a website that showed that TENI had dozens of meetings with government officials over the years under the guise of 'trans health'. I guess this is what they were pushing for.

I don't believe it's a coincidence either that our Hate Crime legislation is being 'updated'. I believe it is so that we are punished if we misgender someone, and cannot speak about this issue openly.

The govt are also trying to introduce a ban on 'Conversion Therapy' which will effectively stop therapists from discouraging children from going down the path to transition.

Male rapists etc have been in with women here, and the policy remains even after sex offences committed against women in prison.

It's not just Ireland.

BK is away from the others for now. Recent official report says that needs to change. Report was including Limerick and cited the 2 TW in there- one BK for sure. And was very concerned about the impact on them of being segregated etc.

Women are nothing really.

This is a bona fide sociopathic individual. Who has a focus/ interest/ drive to harm rape and kill women. They do not hide it.

Psychiatrist report said the ONLY time BK showed any interest/ emotion was when relating the attacks on women they had carried out. Became engaged, passionate. Joyful. No remorse. At all. Wanted to do more.

They had a totally horrific childhood, just beyond appalling.

Attitude to women/ girls was extreme from iirc age 8 or similar.

BK should not be in prison. Let alone women's.

BK needs to be in an institution like Broadmoor. For the pathologically dangerous criminals. Whose psyche is such that rehabilitation is just supremely totally unlikely.

And where in England/ Wales at least.

As not prison. It's not a sentence. They stay as long as deemed a risk. And that's for their whole life if needs be.

Rather than address BK who needs help and to be kept away from women and girls entirely.

They are focussed on suppressing info. Hiding what's going on. Concealing everything from the press and public. Putting in women's prison.

I remember this from last year. A very disturbed individual with a horrific background. IIRC correctly there was a video posted of BK leaving court (or similar setting) and there were a few teenage girls hanging around cheering BK on. It was chilling.

Just checked. There is a secure MH hosp in Ireland with a high security wing. Courts can be refer there.

So why in the name of fuck is BK not there?

Govt dept actively high through the web FFS to find content and sending threatening letters.
Can you even imagine the time and effort going into doing that?!
And the dept that did it had no connection to the situation in any way at all!

And there is a perfectly suited secure hosp! Where they should OBVIOUSLY be. To protect the public and so BK can get help! Which they so obviously need. Isolated in prison with own thoughts for company sounds like an atrocious idea.

There is no way BK should be in a women's prison.

He has had a horrendous childhood and needs help. But until he gets that help, women are at risk.

I think that the psychiatric report said that BK had a Psychiatric disorder but it wasn't a disorder that allowed BK to be sectioned.

This is one of the most disturbing things I’ve read in a very long time.

Clearly this young person has been grievously harmed themselves, which is absolutely tragic, bury for them ans their victims. It’s a further tragedy waiting to happen that they’re now in a position to grievously harm or kill vulnerable women. I really hope the Irish authorities wake up and see reality before anyone else is harmed. If ur were to happen, it will be with the Irish state being in full knowledge of the risks ans allowing it to happen. And I hope any future victims sue them.

Am in Ireland and we seem to have our heads in the sand about this. I feel like I’m shouting into the void.

Chatted to a couple of Gardaí about BK and they had no idea. No idea that BK existed or that BK was in Women’s prison.
