CAN THE PLAN RALLY!
14 September 12.00-1.30. Senedd steps, Cardiff Bay.
We don't normally want the weekend to end, but with our CAN THE PLAN Rally coming up on Tuesday, we're getting a little impatient. We've got a very exciting collection of speakers representing LGB Alliance Cymru, Lesbian Labour and Labour Women's Declaration as well as several other potential speakers.
SENEDD RALLY!
Soooo... people are coming from:
LGB Alliance Cymru / Merched Cymru / Lesbian Labour / Labour Women's Declaration Cymru, Get the L Out, Swansea Feminist Network, Cardiff ReSisters, Newport ReSisters, and Swansea & Gower ReSisters... and members of Cor Cochion.
Plus many people who are simply coming as individuals to raise their concerns about the LGBTQ+ Action Plan and the exclusion of LGB and women's voices.
And Mr Menno will be there for Lesbian and Gay News.

The WG has refused to listen to women and same-sex attracted lesbians and gay men in drafting the LGBT plan for Wales. (so personally I think attending the rally in support of basic democracy and democratic accountability is enough reason). They are are essentially replacing sex with gender.
