I was coming to post about this. I mean, how often is this actually required? I can think of at least 1000 other concepts that would be in greater demand of an emoji and would be used more frequently used than this.

Well, statistically the number of men with beer bellies vs the number of pregnant women who think they are a man must be millions to one, so it will mainly be used as a fat man emoji. Also most people aren’t aware of all the gender bullshit so they’ll just assume that’s what it is.
