I'm sure the Family Planning Association used to have a poster featuring a pregnant man, back in the 1970s, with a message suggesting that men might be more careful about contraception if THEY were the ones who got pregnant.

I am old enough to remember that in the GP's waiting room. I was about 13 and meditated long and hard on how women always seemed to get the responsibility.
