Stephanie Haydon again, you'd've thought she would have learned by now.

I also believe that Glinner may require some digging. It would be great if Hayden could be determined to be a vexatious litigant (which the undoubtedly are).

I think in the last case, that's exactly what the justice thought. Surprised they've got any cash left. Best be careful what you say, they'll be after us next

In a previous role my company were targeted by a vexatious litigant on a number of occasions almost certainly trying to acquire compensation for a non-existent problem (I am being deliberately vague). He would find a new solicitor, they would send us a stroppy letter, we would refer them to the list of vexatious litigants...and silence. Then he would find a new solicitor...

He’s still on the list, I checked this morning.

I hear Graham Linehan has started a crowdfund to raise his legal fees to defend my claim against him. Those contributing should know that in early September, Linehan’s lawyers asked me to agree a 1 month stay so they could explore a settlement with me.

The 1 month stay was requested by Linehan’s legal team and I agreed to it. I agreed to Linehan’s request for a stay so his legal team could explore options to settle my dispute with Linehan. I am still awaiting Linehan’s proposals.

Linehan, a millionaire, now expects ordinary people (in the midst of a global pandemic) to fund his “right” to be an abusive, transphobic, glorified troll. He wants you to pay his legal fees, whilst he gets his lawyers to explore back room settlements with me.

Anyone thinking of funding Linehan should proceed with caution. It was Linehan who requested the first settlement in 2019 and once again Linehan has asked his lawyers to negotiate with me. Linehan is not being upfront with those he is asking to fund him.

The last Linehan crowdfund was a fiasco. Funds apparently were used to purchase a mattress for a so called gender critical woman. Funding Linehan is a folly, he wants a settlement. He just wants you to fund it for him.

To summarise, Graham Linehan wants women, girls, and pensioners to hand over money so that Graham can continue to abuse, harass, and misgender trans women. Linehan is banned from Twitter for hateful conduct and has a career in ruins; however, you should all pay for it.

I've donated. I'd would have probably only bought something rubbish to eat with it and it pisses off Hayden so win win.

I wouldn't believe a word Hayden has to say.

Also the previous fundraiser was not started by Graham, but by a GC woman on twitter. He turned down the money,and the women who were involved made the choice of what to do with the money (which was contested by some as the woman who got the money for a new mattress turned out to possibly be a bit of a con woman).

SH has already proved to be an unreliable witness so I'll take any claims about settlements with a pinch of salt.

Probably I am being dense, but I have read it and can't see what exactly GL is being sued for this time. I assume much the same as last time, but is there any specific detail?

How is that not just dropped? SH sues glinner. Glinner asks her to drop, offering to cover his own costs himself so she won't just double down as if you don't have 30k what's the harm in making it 60k, and she does. If she had a case why wouldn't she have kept going?

Looks more like she thought she could just keep starting these things, rich defendants' lawyers would advise settling as won't get costs back and so she slowly bleeds glinner dry. This time glinner was looking at settling again but realised this sort of thing could just go on forever and what is needed is to see the case through and get a judgement against her.
