Just zoomed in and read that e-mail, where does it say that none of the complaints stated that it was transphobic? It just says that there was 158 complaints, and they're aware that there were conversations being had on Twitter but not all of them resulted in complaints being made. Can see nowhere where it says none of the complaints made said they thought it was transphobic?

You've misread - the 158 complaints are about the removal of the poster.

I'm still trying to get s list of all the adverts that have put on that digital billboard. Network rail passed the buck to their contractor.
