New Appointees to board of the Red Tent organisation - Australia

Strangely one appointee to this organisation for women seems much more popular than the other. Anyone got any clue as to why?

It's great isn't it, how often are grey-haired women celebrated for their beauty when appointed to positions?

Why?

If they wanted to make a trans-inclusive appointment why not a transman or non-binary female?

Maybe this is a truly lovely individual but I think there's a sentence near the bottom on the FB page which sheds some light on the motivation for wanting this position.

The disparity in the likes is nauseating....

Women in advocacy positions always value being told they're beautiful, it validates their existence and let's them know they're right on track

- creating cultures of kindness and affirmation
- connecting people at a heart level
- compassionate and non-violent communication training and experience
- counselling and holistic wellbeing facilitation
- experiential learning

None of that means anything, really. Not even at a heart level

Paraphelias are rarely seen in isolation so it’s not surprising that menophilia exists.
