I am glad everyone who went is safe.
There really doesn't seem to be any level to which those who are so self absorbed that they can convince themselves they are right, will not sink to put on a public display of their "rightness".
On a slight tangent so called socialists groups have behaved very badly and exploititively towards the horror of Grenfell. At one time it was so bad that local people were begging the mainstream media not to publish quotes from a group that said they represented local people. And for about a week they didn't, but because they would put out click baity type quotes the scum that is the "news" media in this country just reported it as fact.
At the enquiry when it was reported that Grenfell tenants had disrupted the hearing because of people giving evidence being except from prosecution (on what they said in court, not what the police might eventually dig up), it was it fact 3 white male youths, with very posh accents saying they were North Kensington Young Socialists.
It is shameful. And all to often its from people claiming to be socialists.
So letting off smoke bombs within site of Grenfell is about the level of insensitive ego boosting selfie protesting young people are being seen to carry out.
And far from being socialist or even community minded it is what people used to call bourgeois individualism!
