Apparently, Ms Poen is taking a kicking on Twitter following her assertion that only women have periods and only women go through menopause.

I can only find a link in the Daily Mail to this story but at least it is reaching an audience who will call out this batshittery for what it is.

The person who appears to be leaving this deranged pile on against biology and material reality is a 22 year old- basically an ignorant, naive child with no experience of the world.
How on earth does this young person envisage life working? You can’t identify out of bring overlooked at work in favour of men, or out of endometriosis, or the menopause. Or period pain, or blood on your knickers, or the need for contraception.
All this biological reality is basically waiting in the wings for these silly, destructive, ignorant, malice filled children to grow up.
And the fact that even the university feminist society claim that you can’t say only women menstruate! Jesus.

Academic freedom. Freedom of speech. Thought police. Every day, another headline. It's really good that the supine media have finally woken up. International Women's Day was minted in 1917 Russia. Who could imagine that in the 21st century UK, the definition of women is under sustained attack by a niche lobby who want to silence debate and deconstruct the word 'woman.'
