Just wanted to pop on to say hello and thanks for the likes and shares of our letter/Twitter/Facebook page. It's been mentioned through various threads over the last few days. Not sure how I can prove we am real and not a "fake account" as so many of our friends on Twitter are accusing us of but I personally go so far back on MN I remember Aitch and her BWL blog, a mile for Maud and latterly "cancel the cheque". There are lots of us SSA members on here but we thought it was worth having our our MN account. Get in touch via twitter, FB or email if you want to be more involved. We will be sharing more on here as we get more active.

Seeing as yesterday MN pulled the post by Safe Schools Alliance UK which shared their new website address due to a trans activist complaining it was "advertising", here it is for you all...

It's an absolutely brilliant resource for parents concerned about safeguarding in schools, and making sure that the rights of ALL children are upheld. There's template letters and fact sheets for you to contact your schools and Local Education Authorities (LEAs)

Such a good website you have there with really helpful links.

HandsOffMyRights · 04/07/2019 15:32

Thank you for sharing the website again for the many concerned parents on here.

Mumsnet, posting on both threads as I would like to hear from SSA and want to know why they have been censored in this way.

Who made that call and why? I've been a member for 14 years here and have seen many website addresses pass through.

Why can't we talk about safeguarding? This is not a good look for a parenting site.

SmallHaddockAndChips · 04/07/2019 15:38

Yes I want to know too.

Well done OP, really fantastic site and great work.

No it isn’t. Make sure you screenshot everyone.

A wee bump for this thread, my dd's primary has given out a parent survey for the development of their PSHE education and Googling for the Safe Schools Alliance bought me here. Thank you SSA. I will do my best.

Thank you. I’ve sent a link to your website to my son - a father of two girls.
