Just seen this on Twitter. It charts the experiences of lesbians in the LGBT community, evidence of the cotton ceiling etc.

Oh ffs at those tweets. What is wrong with people. The utter stupidity of someone saying that subconsciously someone thinks dick = man. Nothing subconscious about it. It's a clear fact. Sexuality has the word sex in it! Lots of people like other people of a certain sex. To say that's wrong it's just, well I can't even find the words for how stupid and repulsive it is

The press need to do something with those tweets!

Such an important piece of research but equally important that people in positions of power and politicians get to see it somehow. They refuse to accept that women's concerns are valid - this might just help to convince them that we aren't fussing about nothing. Would be good if the MSM take it up. Here's hoping. This has been said to lesbians since the begining of time by men. I don't understand how people cannot see this for the homophobic bullshit that it is, just because the person saying it may or may not like to wear a dress.

Haven't got very far with those tweets as my gorge was rising but the Male rapiness and entitlement is so obvious. TW are entitled to have sex with lesbians, genitals aren't important, blah blah blah. So why do TW bother with a group that isn't attracted to them, why not just have sex with each other?
There was one very sad tweet, heart-breaking really, about hating your own genitals then having someone you fancied being repulsed by the part of you that you hated yourself.

Those rushing to encourage teenagers to 'change sex' should be forced to read those tweets, which show how difficult it can be for TW and TM to find sexual partners.

I saw people trying to engage with LBTQ organisations about this report, but they were ignored and even shamed for it. LBTQ organisations have turned their backs on lesbians.
