Fantastic! Thank you James

ColeHawlins · 03/03/2019 04:09

He's really very good.

Datun · 03/03/2019 04:41

Good lord. That is just about as comprehensive and accurate as one could hope for.

Thanks you James Kirkup.

PrestonsFlowers · 03/03/2019 06:15

He's covered just about everything.
James Kirkup thank you very much

MrsJamin · 03/03/2019 06:27

This is a brilliant article and summary of where we are to date. Who'd have thought the daily mail would be so pro women?

SoloClarinet · 03/03/2019 07:21

The Mail on Sunday has published several good pieces - Sanchez Manning is another one of the journalists exposing what is happening to young people.

Farinthepast · 03/03/2019 07:27

Excellent article pulling together all of the strands. Thank you James.

HandsOffMyRights · 03/03/2019 07:40

Wonderful again James. All in one place - a robust article to share with those who have no idea just how deep this runs.

Macareaux · 03/03/2019 07:40

Superb, James.

As James has been on this for so long he can write brilliant articles and ones that actually 'get it' accurately.

This is so vital in order to make the person in the street stand up and take notice. That is key to stopping egregious legislation. Politicians won't be able to push through the trans lobby agenda if the average person wakes up to what's going on. Mordaunt and all will drop it like a hot potato.

Macareaux · 03/03/2019 07:54

Even though Sonia did not get on the show it is another marker being put down to make the BBC shift back to a more reasonable position. They might have more than their share of trans workforce but there will still be plenty there who think it's all batshittery.

BernardBlacksWineIcelolly · 03/03/2019 07:58

that is a great article. interesting point at the end about sex and relationships education. the fight is certainly not over

hackmum · 03/03/2019 08:02

So grateful to James - one of the few journalists who gets it.

BlueisthenewGrey · 03/03/2019 08:04

Thank you James. This is the perfect article to share with family and friends as it's so straightforward.

calpop · 03/03/2019 08:11

god my finger is itching to share that on my Facebook and personal twitter account.

alwaysreadthelabel · 03/03/2019 08:14

I hate the daily mail normally but I saw this article after a friend linked to it and all I can say is bravo!

Needmoresleep · 03/03/2019 08:26

Wherever people stand politically, I think the Tories are the only major party who are capable of putting a stop to this. Though I am sure that politicians like John McDonnell have not drunk the KoolAid, too many of his colleagues have, and the LibDems, sadly, are beyond the pale.

Tory politicians listen to the Mail: many of their their voters read it.

A series of authorative articles from them - two in a weekend, the Tavi one and this, are very good news indeed. As is the news that Penny Maudant is having doubts.

They are lining up for a Tory leadership election, and this, with Kirkups useful list of the damage caused, will be a major issue.

WeRiseUp · 03/03/2019 08:35

Thanks James

ColeHawlins · 03/03/2019 08:37

I think the Tories are the only major party who are capable of putting a stop to this.

They started it!

Remember "purported feminists"?

Lumene · 03/03/2019 08:40

True Cole. They did start it. They are also the only ones looking capable of ending it right now.

Needmoresleep · 03/03/2019 08:46

Yes, they for whatever reason, including some effective lobbing, decided to out gun Labour in terms of wokeness. They got homosexuality wrong and weren’t prepared to get it wrong a second time.

Trouble is, they did not stop to think about whether and how sex and gender identity differ. They are out of step with their voters, as the Mail is pointing out, so can go into reverse. Labour and the LibDems will have less incentive and will find it harder.

Shiklah · 03/03/2019 09:00

The mail has 4 stories today. I think they are going for a an anti duchess of Cambridge vibe as they are also saying her child will be ‘gender fluid’ and blocking the articles together on line.

OvaHere · 03/03/2019 09:03

Wow that is such a good clear article tying so much together. It might be the best i've read.

Not behind a paywall either. Brilliant!

Well done James, you certainly know you're stuff.
