It was blatant trans propaganda.

Please complain and ask if they can have someone on to give the opposite view.

They are using my fucking licence fee for this and I have no choice as to whether I pay it.

Nope. Given up with Today. Moved to LBC with Eddie Mair. It's like a breath of fresh air after the BBC.

And you have got a choice whether to buy a TV licence or not. If you don't watch TV you don't need to buy one. Just saying ...

Oh my word that is awful! Especially talking about the gra consultation! So bloody biased!

It was so patronising. Basically said all those people who are against Self ID need to be treated kindly, they just don't yet understand trans people or non-binary people. Once you speak to them gently and understand, all will be fine.

Actually, I do understand, as well as any person can understand an experience they have not had. I have made a point of reading accounts from trans and non-binary people.

But the issue, if this speaker had bothered to listen to those with concerns about the GRA, is about safety and fairness for women and girls.

The bottom line is that a move to gender segregation instead of sex segregation has led to women and girls around the world being sexually assaulted, where they would have been safe in sex segregated spaces.

That is why we want to protect sex segregated spaces.
