This sort of concerted malignant action limits our ability to inform and consult on a law change. The difficulty of responding online to the government's consultation exercise (because of the level of literacy required) add to the perception that there are insurmountable obstructions in a so-called free and liberal democracy. Why?

As someone in the same field as Harrop I have to say everyone I know is shocked and appalled by his behaviour and disdain for women. It is a special kind of arrogance that means you dismiss thousands of women speaking out as bigots, purely because you want to further your career. Sorry for bad forMating -site has gone weird. Do you know if he has had any action taken against him? I know plenty of people have complained to the GMC. Is it worth complaining to his uni too?
