I am still reeling from the revelation at the end of the last thread that some of AC's supporters have outed the name of the victim on twitter. There aren't enough expletives in the world to describe how I feel about these low life apologies for people. What the fuck is wrong with them? I mean even if you believe AC was a blameless victim in all this who somehow did not know their father was under investigation by the police while living in the same 2 up 2 down house with him, why, just why, would you think it was okay to reveal the name of a woman who had been raped and tortured while a 10 year old child.

FlippinFumin · 27/08/2018 11:21

Why on earth would anyone do that? Do they have no compassion at all? What an absolutely cunty thing to do.

VickyEadie · 27/08/2018 11:22

There are some seriously dangerous people involved in this activism - aren't there?

placemats · 27/08/2018 11:24

Me too.

I noticed from one of the links posted regarding AC being interviewed in Women's Hour that my observation on it was that AC was breaking safeguarding issues.

My post:

And Amiee is, in my professional opinion, breaking all the safeguarding issues. But hush now, keep it a secret.

30th July 2018.

Destinysdaughter · 27/08/2018 11:25

I hope they get named and get a heavy jail sentence for this. Appalling behaviour!

And it’s not going to help Aimee one little bit. In fact it will increase the backlash against them even more.

OP posts:
Popchyk · 27/08/2018 11:25

Presumably because they intend to blame it on TERFs.

And get all the talk about Challenor and the Greens shut down or at least reframed.

It would be worth it to them (outing a rape victim) if they can change the narrative into transgender people being the victims.

placemats · 27/08/2018 11:27

I hope Aimee is disgusted that people are doing this because it does break all safeguarding issues relating to a child who was tortured and raped by a paedophile.

CesiraAndEnrico · 27/08/2018 11:27

What the fuck is wrong with them?

They have come to believe the normal rules don't apply to them.

Why wouldn't they ?

Thus far it hasn't exactly been an even handed distribution of legal, employment and social sanction. If they believe themselves invincible, it is not without some foundation, given the behaviours of politicians, authorities and companies.

Destinysdaughter · 27/08/2018 11:28

I haven’t seen it mentioned it on Twitter and am not going to mention it there as don’t want to spread hearsay. But if it is true, that’s just going to spread the story even further.

And still nothing from the BBC, Telegraph or Guardian on this.

Apparently for the BBC it's not newsworthy. Yet they carried a piece in the Midland section of the website on the same day about a paramedic committing sexual assaults. So some sexual assaults are newsworthy, but not the ones of 10 year old children sufficiently grave to get an unprecedentedly long prison sentence (22 years, with no automatic parole), involving the election agent of a person standing for deputy leader of a national political party. Furthermore, the person running for deputy leader was living under the same roof as the rapist election agent at the time of the police investigation and during the trial, and even gave evidence for the defence during the trial. Oh, and the rapist continued to work as a volunteer for both the scouts and a local gymnastics club all the way through the investigation and trial (presumably without disclosing this to either). And the would-be politician is heavily involved in campaigning which would rip the heart out of child protection legislation in this country. No, not news worth at all.

Destinysdaughter · 27/08/2018 11:29

I guess if you live in your little echo chamber of woke dudes, you are not exactly in touch with reality.

I have called westmidlands police, opened an incident reported and emailed them the screen. I am shaking with anger

CesiraAndEnrico · 27/08/2018 11:29

Don't get your hopes up. I've been down this road before. IMO It will be claimed accidental. That will be accepted by the judge whose chambers oversaw the case.

placemats · 27/08/2018 11:30

I hope it doesn't turn out to be those on the GC side of things, though I doubt it very much.

We all know that FWR is subjected to infiltration by TRAs.

VickyEadie · 27/08/2018 11:33

It's almost as if some people don't give a shit about the safeguarding of children and women, isn't it? Even when they know a small child was tortured and raped, all they can do is double down, try to protect their own and parrot their mantras.

Destinysdaughter · 27/08/2018 11:33

Amalfimamma I can totally understand your rage. How did the police respond to you? Well done for contacting them and do pls take care of yourself. 💜

Was it a GP member?

If so, then inform them immediately also.

Bastards.

AsAProfessionalFekko · 27/08/2018 11:40

Why on gods green earth would anyone want to name a child victim of a paedophile (actally worse than a paedophile). To what end?

This has to be a criminal offence and the police really should be chasing this up (and not wasting resources on tracking down the evil and dangerous pink willy sticker women).

No tweets of outrage from the local mayor or police? No I thought not.

TerfsUp · 27/08/2018 11:41

I am still reeling from the revelation at the end of the last thread that some of AC's supporters have outed the name of the victim on twitter

That is appalling. That poor girl. As if what she suffered at the hands of Challoner Senior wasn't enough.

carceralfeminist · 27/08/2018 11:41

If anyone has seen evidence of this, put it somewhere safe.
If it's true, then it's a fucking outrage.
That poor woman, not only going through the horrendous rape and torture when she was a child, but then having to fight for justice all while knowing her abuser was being supported by the political establishment. Finally the piece of shit who did this to her was put in prison, but now the victim is allegedly going to be re-traumatized by some callous, spineless person who has decided to publically name her? If this is real, then whoever it was deserves to be shamed. Fuck them.

TerfsUp · 27/08/2018 11:43

if you live in your little echo chamber of woke dudes, you are not exactly in touch with reality.

I know people like that.

placemats · 27/08/2018 11:44

How this isn't news worthy across the board is shocking and disgraceful. Last night, after the rather good 'Bodyguard' the BBC news started with Pope Francis' visit to Ireland, naturally with a slant towards child sexual and physical abuse that was rife in the Catholic church throughout the island of Ireland.

I remember assemblies and one of my favourite assembly talks was the take the beam out of your own eye before attempting to remove the speck from the other person's eye. Our headmistress was a nun.

The BBC is hypocritical in its stance on this issue.

CesiraAndEnrico · 27/08/2018 11:47

If it's true

It's true. I don't know if I saw the same tweet as Amalfi, but I saw a tweet identifying the victim last night. It was a pro TRA tweeter, in a group of pro TRAs, discussing how awful we were. Not MN specifically, but anybody who isn't falling at AC's feet going ".oh poor you, never mind about the misinformation by ommision, all understandable".

It’s in conflict—when even the healthiest among us becomes defensive and self-protective—that the narcissist reveals him or herself in fullness. They fully expose their lack of empathy—the cornerstone of the narcissist—because when the narcissist feels threatened, winning or succeeding to protect him or herself is all that matters, not consequences. A narcissist’s focus and determination to win at any cost underscore the shallow nature of their emotional connections—to you and to all others.

What kind of conflict shows the narcissist’s true stripes? The answer is all and any, ranging from the petty tiff to divorce court. If it’s the latter, abandon all hope of a reasonable negotiation or mediation; the true narcissist does neither. To borrow a term from the military, the narcissist’s policy is scorched earth, destroying everything and leaving nothing behind as he or she advances or withdraws—not a shred of connection or memory, respect for past connections, relationships, or the welfare of others involved in the conflict. The narcissist’s willingness to lie is nothing short of extraordinary and he or she will be completely unconcerned whether someone finds those lies out or not. It’s lack of empathy on steroids or, to put it better, aggrandized and entitled. The motto of the narcissist? “What you think of me is none of my business,” and he or she really means it.

These people, the trans activists leading their war, are frightening because they do not think and behave like you'd expect people to think and behave.

As they lose their grip - and Aimee is a big deal for them in terms of power - they won't back off, or agree to disagree, or attempt to talk things through, or acknowledge mistakes. They will instead explode as much as they can on the way out. This destruction is going to get worse and worse the more they perceive they are 'losing'. It is their last tactic - the one that says you have to let me stay or I will destroy everything you care about.

If that fails, they will turn to if I can't have it, noone can. These people should never have been given any legitimacy, influence or power.

Scorched earth. Destroying that little girl is a tactic to them, an object they will easily threaten or damage to get their way.

She needs protection. So does every other woman or child they have any access to or information about.
