Sorry, Datun, I think you may have misunderstood me, Anne Lawrence suggests that autogynephilia is harmless. I am not suggesting that. Clearly, forcing someone to participate in a sexual situation against their will is utterly wrong.

But what is the best way to deal with autogynephilia (assuming it exists)? Is it part of the general mental health crisis of the Western world? Or should we just say, 'sorry, not my problem'?
