Yes it's true. An audience member went off into a long, not very clear monologue about the fact that the over use of HRT by trans people was polluting the environment and causing a problem for reptiles and fish, not to mention destruction of the world at large, amongst other things.

It is great to see the Pink News highlighting some of the many important and clearly articulated topics that were discussed at the event.

I actually find it laughable really I’ve been on the pill for years as other women have, don’t think this one is going to wash. I think who ever said that needs to do more research into hrt or use of the pill by women. Or in English you made the cause look stupid !!!!

A question you will have to put to the erudite sole who proclaimed to do so at the event. My own view is there may have been some people at the event who are so biased against trans people that they seek to blame them for many things and cast them in a bad light at every opportunity.
