Ms Truss, Chief Secretary to the Treasury, posted a magazine article on Twitter which praised the internet forum for letting its users ‘question the tenets’ of transgenderism – such as whether ‘self-defined gender trumps biological sex’. Last night she was condemned by the transgender lobby as a ‘terf’, a derogatory term used for feminists they deem to be transphobic.

Maybe it's just too depressing that we have to rely on Conservatives to see sense.

There is an utterly ridiculous quote from someone called Delia Johnstone who says:
Truss could be investigated for backing a group that is effectively advocating violence against the transgender community. She may be a terf in disguise.’

1. Mumsnet is not a 'group'.
2. Who is advocating violence? Seriously?
