Well that’s the thing, I think they are in many ways - like if I was to say “hey my son wants to wear pink, should I stop him?” they’d call that out for the nonsense it is. But you say “women are oppressed because of our biology” and it’s like a warning siren goes off.

Oh, and we can’t even discuss gender without endless references to Trans Identities Are Valid either. Why are young women buying this shit? What does that even mean?

So they believe in the feelz? The thing I tried to say to one friend was that even if she believes in the feelz, that shouldn't alter or impact on things like public spaces. She hadn't heard of Tara Hudson or any other prominent and problematic types.

Not sure what they believe, to be honest. Don’t get the sense there’s much of a framework underneath it if that makes sense? It’s more like, I have been told there is one correct way to be a feminist/progressive and this is it and any dissent from this is right-wing and bad bad bad.
