I am on the Hit List

Carrying on from

www.mumsnet.com/Talk/womens_rights/3144285-Labour-Against-Transphobia-Facebook-group

From that group arose a Hate List on Google Docs of women and a few men, including one disabled man who is a Disability Officer. All of them have clearly been kept under trans-surveillance.

They were witch-hunting for anyone posting or clicking "like" anything that they label as "transphobic". For example saying that a man in a dress isn't a biological woman.

The Hit List was posted yesterday and to my utter amazement I see my name is on it.

Along the top it states that this is a list of "transphobes". So there is a nasty, name-calling label, with no definition given. In other words, anyone they call a "transphobe" IS a "transphobe". #nodebate

I am not a transphobe, so surely putting my name there amounts to libel?

It also states that ONLY Labour Party members can be placed on the list and ONLY people for whom there is a dossier attached providing evidence of any Thought Crime, (such as wanting all women short lists to be restricted to women.)

I am not and have never been a member of the Labour Party, plus there was no dossier on me.

It was Adrie van der Meer who added me to the Hate List. I've never met him or had anything to do with him in my whole life.

I've screenshotted all of it.

Someone infiltrated their list and took it all down, but they have posted in the Facebook group that they have the raw data and are working on posting the list publicly again.

In his group LM uses the term "beat terfs" (screenshotted) and then his bosom buddy posts a list of "terfs" to beat?

What should I do, if anything?

Well don't ask me!

BelaLugosisShed · 22/01/2018 18:16

Do you think the list was deliberately leaked for intimidation purposes or is there a double agent in the inner circle of Lil’s Illuminati?

ATeardropExplodes · 22/01/2018 18:17

I think the group was infiltrated. Now the next group they will have to be really really sure who is let in.

PilarTernera · 22/01/2018 18:21

Superlandlady yes that absolutely is personal data within the terms of the Data Protection Act, because it makes you identifiable. Anybody would be able to know it's you based on those three pieces of information.

Do get in touch with the Information Commissioner's helpline I linked to earlier. They are genuinely helpful.

BelaLugosisShed · 22/01/2018 18:22

I don’t understand how they haven’t been shut down by Labour, after all they are doing it in Labour’s name.

MyOwnShed · 22/01/2018 18:25

No doubt they'll be trying to match real names with usernames used on any of the many threads on here too. I should imagine they'll have a very big MN spreadsheet.

PilarTernera · 22/01/2018 18:27

It is a data protection breach because you gave the Labour Party your information for certain purposes, presumably to administer your membership and inform you about party activities. They can't use your information for any other purpose without your permission.

Fekko · 22/01/2018 18:29

We need a lawyer on here...

PilarTernera · 22/01/2018 18:30

Like BelaLugosi I don't understand why the Labour Party are allowing this to go on.

BelaLugosisShed · 22/01/2018 18:33

They’ll be going round in circles if they try to match up mn user names 🤣 Should keep them busy

Fekko · 22/01/2018 18:33

They turn a blind eye to a lot. Reminds me of the communist party under Mao somehow.

BelaLugosisShed · 22/01/2018 18:36

Even if it hasn’t quite reached labour hq’s ears , Lily’s CLP must know about it - it’s doing so much damage to labour at constituency level, they are negligent, if not criminal

ATeardropExplodes · 22/01/2018 18:39

It has reached LPHQ's ears, they have been copied into everything all weekend.

Fekko · 22/01/2018 18:40

And they’ve done nothing? I’ve not seen it on the BBC website either. What do these men have to do to get sanctioned? Murder someone?

Superlandlady · 22/01/2018 19:17

PilarTernera as I said in my OP I am not and have never been a member of the Labour Party.

I am not involved in party politics of any kind.

So they didn't get my details from there.

Super, I don't know if you'll want to go public, but just saw this...

Hammerofthetwat
Okay guys, Nick Cohen wants to cover this. If anyone is receiving threats, he wants to know. Fuck me! That’s the 4th bite today. Mail said no btw. Who cares! We have started something. Proud to have met you ladies. Doesn’t matter politically about fractions, this is about women.

PilarTernera · 23/01/2018 07:26

Sorry Superlandlady I got mixed up.

Even so, it's still personal data in terms of the DPA and it is a breach because they are using your information without your permission.

PlectrumElectrum · 23/01/2018 07:33

This article might be useful - it's about Labour Party trawling members social media but the principle of taking, storing & using someone's details from social media, if done by a Labour Party official, might still apply to non members?

Link to article from Swawkbox

Fekko · 23/01/2018 07:47

Yup you can’t do that without a very good reason.

Superlandlady · 24/01/2018 20:18

Hi everyone. What I did was spent all day writing a statement and editing it 50 times then I emailed it to many Labour officers from my local councillors to JC himself.

I'm so angry at being targetted by these hateful men.

The stupid thing is, I never had any opinion on the issue other than "live and let live" but now I am fecking hopping mad and feel inclined to dedicate to spending the rest of my life fighting them tooth and nail.

They took an ally and turned me into a furious enemy.

I find that rather tragic.

Most of us were either pro trans or indifferent to trans until they forced us to care about what they were doing by dedicating so much of trans activism to attacking women.

Battleax · 24/01/2018 21:02

That's a good day's fight back Wine

Superlandlady · 24/01/2018 21:09

Damnit the list is back up again.

Right at the top it states that if anyone is found NOT to be a Labour Party member they will be removed immediately. Well I have told them over and over I am not a member and yet I am on the new list.

OP posts:
Fekko · 24/01/2018 21:12

They can’t just post ‘enemies of the state/Dorothy’ in the public domain can they?

Where’s the bloody daily mail when you need them.

Daily Mail, Daily Mail, Daily Mail (well it worked in Candy Man)

VivaLeBeaver · 24/01/2018 21:45

How can you see the list, I can’t even find the group?
