Bigger bust rant!

not sure if this is a Fem. issue porbabaly isn't but I'm pretty pissed off and angry.
got measured today i'm bigger than DD+ and I got presented with two bra's the colour was nice but it was an underwired but no moulding horror which made me look about 3 cups smaller very small chested :( v. unflattering I said this to the lady and she said you wont find anywhere that doe padding in that size and she was right , I did find an £8 cutie in matalan but I was fishing tbh.

It made me quite angry and upset I've always had this problem why do shops seem to think every woman over a dd want to havev the same unfer wear as there grandma :/ If anything you need that sortb of bra to keep em up!

this really upsets me I think it sends a wierd message,, most of society= big boobs are everything shops= you can only be glamourous below dd Angry :(

What percentage of women are DD or above? I'd be tempted to say it's just the market, but there are a lot of rants on here about lack of choice for women of more generous proportions.

You just have to go to a specialist place. I've been using Bravissimo for 10 years, figleaves have bigger stuff too, and they've even got pretty things in my enormous BF HH cup sized boobs.

you'd be surprised stripey, busts are getting bigger now, more than likely due to obesity tbh.

thanks chunky, I think its that there no enhancing bras in my size anywhere do they think well endowed ladies dont need enahncing plus as i have dc and not a dd cup anymore ..they need scaffolding

JUST don't get me started. I am a 42 GG - the only place I've found a decent bra for less than about a million pounds was M and S - 12 for a plain black, underwired, moulded one. It actually made my breasts look less like items of comedy. Luckily I've given up hoping vainly for fancy/pretty bras.
I used to get them from Brastop.com as the free delivery was appealing. But annoyingly, the sizes can vary massively so I was always having to send them back, etc etc.

It makes you feel like shit as a big breasted woman to be presented with a choice of black, white, foul "nude" colour or "maternity" as bra options. Evans I though would be agood option but they are expensive, not worth it, poorly made and flimsy.

I've been in the DD+ range since my teens and in my experience, there is alot more choice in larger sizes than there used to be. Ah, I do recall when the good old Triumph Doreen was the industry standard! :) Larger sizes were more expensive and harder to find, but now you can get them for about the same price as smaller sizes at Tesco, Asda and Peacocks. The quality isn't necessarily great from these shops (regardless of the size,) but at least you can find some versions that are say more colourful and funky, or whatever.

Try finding a non-moulded, non-padded, non-cantilevered bra in a B cup. Just because I am less busty than some, doesn't mean that I want my breasts to look bigger and more rigid.

tbh it is, the idea that once above a certain cup and back size your mumsy,frumpy shoul,d hide yourself away and not like the rest of society I think is in a very small way, but nonetheless..

ample bosom are great.

I was desperate for a swimming costume - dress size 22 and size HH tits and they viewed it as a personal mission to get me a costume - I sent 2 back.

Fuck A cups - I would give my left and right tit for an A cup.

Actually - didn't brastop go out of business? I used to have 32 FFs but then put on weight. Obviously everything goes on my tits and I feel that I need a 36K or so. Am currently wearintg a 38HH but the front wire is sticking out, showing that the cup is too small.

Might make the local bra shop people come to my house and diagnose me.

I'm a 32J and go to Bravissimo.

I got the hump once in M&S because the only bras in my size were minimisers. 'Why would I want to make my breasts look smaller?' I ranted to the bored Saturday girl. 'I have magnificent breasts!' Blush

Ah, maybe it is a feminist issue that women often feel unhappy with their breast size, whether big or small. It would be nice of bewbs could just be bewbs like noses are noses.

tbh noses arent just noses most women dont like those either I dont its rather big and I got shot in it so its not what it was lol,

Also I disagree that dd breasts are hidden away! I'd say the majority of lingerie models/actress/ anyone in the enterntainment industry will have dd as a matter of course! Naturally or unnaturally it is small breast women who have to be hidden away.

Also the high street does cheap clothes if you go looking for a bra in your size you will find cute ones in smaller sizes because they are cheap to make and don't really offer any support because if you're 16 and a B you don't really need it. They are purely decorative. If you want a proper bra that is going to do some actual work you have to pay for something quality

I do wish Jordan, Jodie Marsh and every other page 3 girl agreed with you that no one wants to see their tits though.

I said it was a small issue in the OP but its still rather sexist, small boobs= decorative & pretty = big boobs + ought to be made smaller

I dont mind paying extra if im paying for something nice, its often vey minimal support in places like m&s etc
