Well this is a novel excuse, is it not?

He claims that he wasn't using teen age prostitutes, even though though the police found one in his car, because he was suffering from impotence.

Have no fear, the patriarchy has ensured that the teenage prostitute was charged. Angry

Heh. He didn't know that she was talking to him through his open passenger window.

Chinny.

OMG20, entirely possible that he agreed a price etc through the window and then realised when she got in that she was extremely young and told her to get out. in the article he says she was about 15/16.

Omg20, but he used the fact of his impotence as part of his defence.
that, IMO, is utterly irrelevant. As if you can only "use" a prostitute by penetration.

Omg20 · 16/03/2011 20:29

That is true thisyesterday but that doesn't make him innocent or guilty and wasn't why he got cleared so it shouldn't be the title of the thread.

Omg20 · 16/03/2011 20:33

I just wish they had included the womans statement in the articles because we don't even know whether or not she agreed with his version of events.

Dredging this thread up from two days ago but it came up in work today with a colleague who had the same thing happen to him. Waiting in a car for someone near a train station (possible red light district?), a woman just got in the unlocked passenger side, sat down and asked if he 'wanted some business?'. He was completely freaked out and ordered her out of the car. He's an out gay man, so told it as an amusing 'she was definitely wasting her time with me' tale, but he expressed considerable sympathy for this guy. As OMG20 said, the girl had got out of his car, which is consistent with his story - which is far more plausible than the 'she kept my DNA for a decade even though DNA testing hadn't been invented' excuse.
