Problem is with this things there's a clever way to turn something off so you're not recognised and then you can vote over and over. So whoever knows how to do that wins.
I believe some people once used it to get the Daily Mail poll to say that after the student protest people were more likely to support their demands. But I wouldn't know anything about that.
