If you could choose any size/shape breasts, what would you choose and why?

I know it’s an odd / personal question, so obviously only answer if you’re comfortable to. Asking for my cousin who is having preventive reconstructive surgery and unsure which way to go. Thanks.

Larger breasts aren’t all they’re cracked up to be can be heavy. But I’m overweight and breasts are fatty tissue so I’d like to lose weight and drop a cup size or two.

Yeah, I think B cups are about right if you're slim. They're definitely 'there' and most dresses/tops will hang nicely on you.

I’ve been from a 32DD to a 32FF and I’d say DD is the best of everything as they’re big compared to my frame but small enough to fit into “mainstream” bras. I know shops larger sizes these days but it’s still easier to find a DD, especially in a 32 backsize. I’d definitely want round ones though 🤣.

Im not slim so they wouldn’t look out of place and I don’t have a small frame

I’ve always had quite large breasts from age 12 weight 6.5 stone and 6 stone. Was very slim naturally no dieting. Prob A cup but then grew. I have narrow shoulders and narrow back.

34 D which is what I have. And firmly attached around with nowhere to store a pencil.

Try being a 28 back size! Better than it used to be but still not much choice. I’m prob 26 back but you can’t really buy them have to get made.

Personally I wouldn’t want implants and I wouldn’t want a more invasive surgery than necessary, for example I would want to minimise the need for skin grafts or tissue removal from other parts of the body and would want the shortest recovery time and highest chance of surgical success so I would want whatever was least risky and required the simplest surgery in this context. If that was flat I would be happy with that over having implants or needing skin/ tissue to be grafted from elsewhere. I also wouldn’t want to choose something that wasn’t expected to last the rest of my life, I wouldn’t want to need future surgeries if given the option.

If we’re talking a fantasy situation however where none of those factors need to be taken into consideration I am happy with my current breast size with is between an A and B cup. I’ve no idea on breast shape, I hadn’t really thought about breasts being different shapes before, I’ve only ever thought of them all as round.

I’m happy with mine - I’ve always been a 34B, unremarkable, they suit my shape and haven’t changed or sagged too much (I’m 56).

I would love a C cup. 36 C.

I've got FF and they're just a bloody chore.

It'd be a B or C cup for me - I'm an E and they are just so annoying. Not huge, but big enough so that I struggle with strappy or delicate dresses as I have to wear a properly supportive bra, and have to be careful with what I wear so that I don't look like I have a shelf on my front - any tops or dresses that hang from the neck are no good as the clothing then just kind of hangs straight down from my boobs at the front and I look massive from the side. I'd love to go braless and look all carefree and waify, but that really is not an option.

36B.
Mine were always this size until after the menopause. Now they're horrendous 36GG and I absolutely hate them. They dictate what clothes I wear and I'm fed up hauling them around.
I'd get a reduction but would only be 2 cup sizes which wouldn't make a significant difference.

A small handful, maybe a C cup. Mine (FF) are annoying and clothes don’t fit properly.

Same here. Big enough and don't get in the way.

I'd be over the moon to have my pre-baby boobs back! Engorgement wrecked them. They were proportionate and pert at 36C!

Mine as they are now (34D) but shape a bit fuller - it’s hard to get cleavage in mine as they are quite wide set, so more shallow breast tissue than you’d think a D cup is.

I'd stick with my D cups, but a size or two smaller.

I sort of have chosen as had a reduction, asked for, and got, a b cup. Life is so much better !

Mine, as they’ve gone from a GG pre pregnancy to an E (thanks kids!) but … a few inches up my chest than where they are now (thanks kids )

I would just be grateful for a pair that didn't have nipples pointing at the floor.

36C as I used to be (trad sizing, not boob or bust). Easy to squish for sport; nice to hang clothes off.

Thanks all. She is petite with a large bust, and considering going significantly smaller but a little worried about the change.

I have always had huge boobs for my size. I weigh eight stone and they’re 30GG.

30D would be so much more comfortable.

AA cup would be my perfect size instead of the big saggy old things ive got now
