Two periods in 11 days

Hi 👋 I posted about something similar just over a year ago after having a 14 day menstrual cycle. My periods settled down after this, averaging between 24 and 27 days mostly - perfectly reasonable. But this morning I started bleeding again after finishing a normal week long period last week. Which has given me an 11 day cycle which is pretty rubbish. I don't expect this to be long or heavy (how has lining even had chance to build up) but I do feel completely meh and just how can I be having another period already? Has anyone else had experience of very short cycles? I'm 37, not ttc thankfully and as far as I know in good health (recently had full blood done for separate issue). Thanks for reading, and solidarity to anyone else who also seems to barely get a break between bleeds 😔

Hi Nome, I am also having what seems like another period only about a week after my previous one ended. I have health anxiety so have booked myself an appointment with a gynaecologist for tomorrow to have my smear hopefully and some scans. Hopefully nothing sinister but I’ve never had this heavy of a bleed between my periods so worrying!! I am only 31 so can’t be peri-meno either.

well, maybe it is the same period? Mine were sometimes more than 10 days long.
