Allergic to my husband semen (is this the end of my life)

So for the past year or so, whenever my husband semen or Precum comes in contact with my skin. I develop red rash, that’s itchy and feels raw. My anus been itchy for 18 months to the point I nearly stripped it off.

anyways yesterday my husband semen leaked near my perineum and now I have a small (chickpeas size ) bump near my anus under the skin. It’s very very itchy. It’s feel like a lymph node under the skin near my anus but not inside. It’s like 5mm near. Should I be worried, is that a possible anorectal abscess. Gp gave me appointment till next Tuesday and I don’t know what to do with myself at the moment ?

I’m sorry to hear that I think I’m allergic to myself! I’ve been itching and skin splits, so similar ish symptoms. I’ve had blood tests and swabs done and nothing wrong. So I have a steroid/antibiotic cream to use called timodine I think seems to have worked while I use it and stopped to see if it cleared up and it’s back again driving insane!

Did you develop a bump under skin ? Is that normal ?

Allergic? Confused Isn't it far more like he/you have an STD or thrush?

Maybe you should go to condoms for a bit until you get to the bottom of it.

No all STD negative and I tried thrush cream with no avail. I tried w everything. I am worried now about the bump under the skin.

If it's only been happening this past year then it's very worrying so please see your GP and explain it all and not just that lump. Wear condoms in the meantime.

I thought you were going to say you were pregnant too as that can be a thing where women become allergic during pregnancy but then return to normal once the baby was born. Similar to being revolted by their husband's natural scent during that time. Biology is weird.

Ensure STi tests are clear
Use condoms
If you are allergic take some piriton (anti allergy medication) it should calm
down any rashes or hives.

Do you get a burning sensation? I've experienced a really bad bur ing sensation before.... tbh I would ask he to pull out!

I also have this. Had all the tests. At one point convinced myself he must have cheated on me and picked something up. Nope, I was allergic. I haven't found a solution to it other than condoms.

@Insomniafromworrying you can be tested for this allergy and medication prescribed. it is a rare condition so good luck. some docs might not believe but persevere.

I have this.

I get thrush like symptoms, itchy vulva. If he comes on my skin, face, chest etc I need to go immediately to wash myself or I get raised itchy welts like hives.

Absolutely no STDs, we've been together 20 years and it's gotten worse as I've got older. We can have sex I just to clean myself throughly. If I Dobt I'll wake up extremely sore.

I also can't swallow as I get a really bubbly stomach and feel sick.

It's so weird.

@NCNCNCNCNCNCNCMC mine are not hives but only one bump under skin which is makeing me worried. Google said anorectal abcess. I cannot sleep from worrying now and I haven’t eaten. My husband is sad with me because I said it’s his fault 💔

I wouldn’t say a bump under skin but more like an external haemorrhoid but it wasn’t as dr confirmed and not a fissure either . Drs tested for STI and thrush/BV all negative. Took allergy tablets for about 2 months and made a slight difference but not enough to stop the insane itching and sore skin

@autumn1610 if you’re of perimeno age, splitting skin in that area could be a symptom of vaginal atrophy. Topical oestrogen cream may help.

I had a friend a long time ago who had this .
