It is just this one spot.

You can tell where it is because the skin colour has changed from darker to light.

It's so itchy it's ruining my day to day  always bloody itching in public places

It's really getting me down. GP said fungal and prescribed canister cream but it hasn't helped at all

I doubt menopause but I am sad to read it can cause itching. Bloody can't stand itching!

Have you tried stopping removing hair? It might itch more the first few days but having a natural hair covering might help.

Have you tried coconut oil?

Stop waxing or epilating or shaving, or whatever you're doing to your bits to be hair-free. You've probably triggered some kind of allergic reaction. Take a non-drowsy antihistamine and slap some aloe vera cream on the itchy bit.
