It is just this one spot.

You can tell where it is because the skin colour has changed from darker to light.

It's so itchy it's ruining my day to day  always bloody itching in public places

It's really getting me down. GP said fungal and prescribed canister cream but it hasn't helped at all

Stop with the hair removal and see if that helps.

They have piles. It's in general health with a graphic picture warning. I want to know how they managed to get such a clear close-up of such an inaccessible area.

There's no need to slate the OP for hair removal. But yes, it might exacerbate things.

I accidentally clicked on the arsehole thread and thought it was someone's tonsils. Had to look at this twice too (and then wished I hadn't!)

Tea tree oil, diluted with coconut might help relieve the itching, OP. It’s got good antifungal properties too.

OP, try hydrocortisone or Dakatcort cream. To the commenters - thanks for the laugh, I really needed it! 😂😂

Your skin looks bumpy like there’s some inflammation brewing. The itching could be a sign that something isn’t right. It’s odd to get an itch in such a specific place though - new underwear rubbing perhaps?
