Pain in right side

Hi I've had a pain in my lower right side since last December. I've been back & forth to the doctors, had blood tests, stool sample checked and also an ultrasound. They can't find anything. They have now sent me to physio.
The pain is dull and annoying, it often feels like there's something in there, it's from beside my hip bone and often feel it further down and round into my back.
Anyone have any idea what this is?
I don't know if the docs are missing anything.
The pain doesn't stop me bending, stretching, lifting etc.

@bouncydog did you go private or nhs ? My mri showed nerve impingement and something on L5-S1 disc degeneration/ what type of ultrasound did you have was it the one they do in pregnancy

@Deedoo MRI last year was private. Ultrasound equivalent of NHS (not a UK resident) and was more than a pregnancy one.

@Deedoo Yes pain goes into my lower abdomen and pelvic area but I really think its coming from L4-L5 where I have 'wear and tear' . Week 2 of exercises and definitely feeling it a bit easier . Very unnerving though isn't it especially when GPs are so hard to see these days and referrals take ages .
