Does anyone have any good remedies to prevent thigh chafing in hot weather?
It happens a lot when I'm at work and I wear a uniform so there isn't an option to alter clothing.
The chafing is so bad it blisters. I have tried some creams but it doesn't seem to help unless I am able to apply it every hour which is not possible. Tia x
