Hi everyone. I'm 48 and still nursing a two year old. This month my period pain has been SO PAINFUL I can't describe it. I feel nauseous and can't eat and standard ibuprofen aren't working . Could this be peri-menopause? I can't have periods like this it's knocked me sideways
