10 months with DS, 11months with DD.

Onedropbeat · 27/12/2020 18:17

She was sleeping through the night until 5 months and she’s now waking for feeding every 3 hours (or more) again

I thought I had longer

I guess it’s good getting back to normal

Now also hoping she might weans soon!

I haven’t bothered putting her in her own room because she wakes in the night.

12 weeks for baby no 1, who was a total boob monster.
6 months for no2, who was much bigger.

TodgerStrunk · 27/12/2020 18:19

6 months, 7 months, 9 months, 18 months. To be honest it was like all the months I'd missed came in that first period, the 18 months was particularly rough.

ArosAdraDrosDolig · 27/12/2020 18:20

DC1 - nine months
DC2 - seven months
DC3 - 19 months
DC 4 - ten months

cautiouscovidity · 27/12/2020 18:21

DC1 - 5 months
DC2 - 9 months

In both cases, around 1 month after they started sleeping more than 4-5 hours without waking at night.

Burningbenches · 27/12/2020 18:23

7m after DC2 (didn't BF DC1) pregnant again the following month.
Didn't return after DC3 as I had the hormonal coil in after my 6wk check.
7m after DC4, pregnant again now.

turkeymince · 27/12/2020 18:23

10mths

QueenOfLabradors · 27/12/2020 18:24

Six months... about when I started them on solids (twins). But they were still getting night feeds for a couple more months after that.

The infuriating thing was that it was the first time we'd had the mental and physical strength to have non-family guests, it was high summer and we'd decided to go for our normal annual barbecue party. Thankfully I was sitting on a dark blobby patterned rug wearing dark blobby patterned trousers when I realised!

Good luck, I hope LO starts sleeping through again soon for you Smile

1st - 8 months
2nd - 9 months
3rd - 9 months

All EBF for 9/10 months & weaned at 6 months.

QuantumJump · 27/12/2020 18:25

It was between 8-10 months for me each time (three DC).

twinklespells · 27/12/2020 18:25

Think mine could be coming and I'm 5 months pp. But my post birth bleeding carried on for 4 months pp!!!!

WunWun · 27/12/2020 18:27

16 months

1992serpent · 27/12/2020 18:28

About a year.

GintyMcGinty · 27/12/2020 18:36

When I stopped bf - 10 months with first and 15 months with second.

JingleJohnsJulie · 27/12/2020 18:42

18 months both times. My DF BF all four of her and I think the longest she went was about 5 weeks PP.

WilyKit · 27/12/2020 18:44

Just over a year and I did combined feeding

HavelockVetinari · 27/12/2020 18:44

11 months. I fed till 2y9m.

caringcarer · 27/12/2020 18:44

6 months after DC1, 8 months after dc2 and 11 months after dc3. I breastfed dc1 for 4 months, dc2 for 7 months and dc3 for a 13 months. Each time after I dropped the lunch time feed period came back after about 2 months.

ShinyGreenElephant · 27/12/2020 18:45

When DD2 was 18m then I had one period and was pregnant again. Was on the pill when I got pregnant with DD2 so that was the only period I've had in the last 5 years

poppingpotatoes · 27/12/2020 18:47

Two days post partum Angry

Thatwentbadly · 27/12/2020 18:48

4 months. One night she went 4 hours between a feed, next night, 4.5 hours, next 5 hours then she went back to every 3 hours. Two week later my periods returned. She is 17 months and still feeds every 3 hours at least over night at the moment.

mistletoeandsigh · 27/12/2020 18:49

It was around 4 months both times. Understood that to be quite early. Recall my sister and some friends saying that theirs took months or even a year or so to return. Was a bit annoyed actually 😆

MissSmith80 · 27/12/2020 18:49

13 months when he weaned himself. Periods very heavy and irregular pre baby (caused difficulty conceiving) but light and regular as clockwork since so that was a silver lining.
