Running Grave Robert Galbraith
Yellow Face RF Kuang
Age of Vice Deepti Kapoor
Tom Lake Ann Pratchett
A Bird on Winter Louise Doughty

I really liked We Begin at the End so I'll look out for the new Chris Whitaker one.
Tom Lake is on my tbr list.

Wolfiefan · 11/12/2023 22:22

The Household. Definitely.

Redshoeblueshoe · 11/12/2023 22:23

The detective up late by Adrian McKinty.

BernardsarenotalwaysSaints · 11/12/2023 22:33

The next Cara Hunter DI Fawley book. Ages to wait though as it's not out until summer.

Southeastdweller · 11/12/2023 23:01

For me too, the Kate Atkinson, although I wasn't crazy about her two previous books.

Also:

End of Story - A.J Finn

I've heard rumours on Booktube that Sarah Waters has a new book out next year.

Sharpkat · 11/12/2023 23:11

@thevegetablesoup I am starting the Chris Hammer tomorrow on The Pigeonhole. Shall update you in 11 days.

mondaytosunday · 11/12/2023 23:49

I've just ordered Olive Kitteridge and Olive Again by Elizabeth Strout. I read an old review in the Times about her latest book (not reviewed well) but he highlighted how great Olive K was so thought I'd treat myself!

Cherrypi · 12/12/2023 07:18

Red side story by Jasper Fforde which is the sequel to Shades of grey that I really enjoyed in 2010!

endofthelinefinally · 12/12/2023 07:25

The next Outlander novel.

WeirdPookah · 12/12/2023 12:14

I've already pre-ordered The Betrayal of Thomas True by A.J. West for June!

The Prey by Yrsa Sigurdardottir in May

One of Us is Back by Karen McManus in March

TheDonsDingleberries · 12/12/2023 12:22

Still patiently waiting for Red Side Story by Jasper Fforde (Shades of Grey #2)....

Goodreads says expected publication in February 🙏

TattiePants · 12/12/2023 16:57

I haven't paid attention to forthcoming releases but 2024 is going to be the year I tackle the Wolf Hall trilogy. Also looking forward to Demon Copperhead which I've had for a while and In Memoriam and Black Butterflies if I get them for Christmas.

QueenCoconut · 12/12/2023 18:58

The new Kristin Hannah book and Stephen King’s short stories being published in 2024

CinnamonSweet73 · 12/12/2023 20:09

Kate Atkinson as well

Tana French's new one

Elly Griffiths The Last Word (I think)

Deborah Harkness' The Black Bird Oracle

stifflegs · 12/12/2023 20:13

Scout2016 · 22/12/2023 23:32

I've got it in my head Lissa Evans has a new one out next year which I'd love to read, but I might be wrong. Or it might be right but it's for children.

pleasejustnawta · 22/12/2023 23:35

The follow up to "Brooklyn " by Colm Toibin. Think it's called "Long Island".

Yes I think she has, I saw her post about it on Twitter but I don't think it's her n Amazon yet for pre order.

Also Elizabeth MacNeal has one out called the Burial Plot

ChessieFL · 23/12/2023 09:37

The one I’m looking forward to that nobody has mentioned yet is the new Marian Keyes - another Walsh sisters follow up due in April I think.

Scout2016 · 23/12/2023 19:04

@ChessieFL @adventangelicat very exciting, thank you.
