My son loved this, especially the roaring. It is full of different poses which you can dip in and out of, clear instructions and helpful but fun illustrations.

Thank you for our copy! We've seen a few of her videos so it's great having one we can take anywhere! My boys are 5,3 and 1 and has great fun trying to follow it.

Thank you for my copy, Mumsnet. This is such a fun book! Very different and original. I read this with a 4 year old girl who loved performing the yoga moves. It provides the opportunity for lovely bonding experiences with your little ones as well as an engaging story, great pictures and useful photos on how to do the yoga moves and positions. A great idea for an unusual Christmas gift - I will be purchasing more copies of this.

My dcs loved this book, they watch me doing yoga at home and it's lovely for them to have their own book. They have enjoyed following the positions in the book and it's great to keep them active when the weather is keeping them indoors.

Very good initiative book. A bit different and its great that it helps to encourage ways of releasing different emotions in a productive way!

TheImpossibleGhoul · 30/10/2016 14:42

This book is fabulous. I have been wanting to incorporate an element of yoga and meditation into my classroom practice and this is a lovely book to start with. I've ordered another copy for a friend for Christmas too.

AmyDeez · 30/10/2016 22:40

My boys loved to follow along - any excuse to Roar is always a hit as well! :D

Me and my daughter Eden love this book! It is very easy to follow and my daughter loves copying the Yoga illustrations she also loves Lulu the Lion Cub who is very cute. As a parent I think the book is great, one of a kind and very unique and calming. The activity keeps children interested throughout and my daughter is always eager to read the book which is fantastic.

RandomBob · 31/10/2016 19:30

This is a lovely book, we haven't made it all the way through yet - my 3 year old's attention span isn't long enough but we have been enjoying trying out the moves and reading the story along with my 6 year old. It makes for a good post school activity. Am looking forward to trying out the you tube programme as well.

StillNoFuckingEyeDeer · 31/10/2016 19:51

The DDs have been doing some of the cosmic kids yoga on the tv and have loved this book. It's fun and imaginative and definitely a book I'd recommend.

hayleywalden560 · 01/11/2016 08:28

I love this book. Both my girls, aged 3 and 8, are enjoying learning the moves & I think it's great that they're starting to learn about Yoga from a young age. The story is engaging & the characters are fun, I've already recommended it to a number of Mums at the school who are planning on getting copies for their own children this Christmas.

user1472646069 · 01/11/2016 09:08

The children had great fun trying out the movements from the book. They enjoyed the story too. Great illustrations.

maria08k · 01/11/2016 10:30

Despite Ronan being 6....he LOVED this! We had great fun doing the Yoga poses too!
