Can anyone recommend a diet pill that works?

I'm on a diet and have managed to lose 10lbs! Woo Hoo!

But I've reached a plateau and have been looking on the web at some of the diet pills available to help break this 1lb on, 1lb off thing I'm caught up in.

Does anyone know of one which actually works?!?

I'm especially interested in Acai berry or natural things, I'm not keen on ones that contain stimulants as I have trouble sleeping at the best of times.

Do any of them actually work?!?

soul I did wonder when I read my old posts!! I'm taking Betaine and gentian (2 natural herbs) to get rid of the Xmas belly !! Also betaine helps with sleep (there are no manufactured drugs or suchlike in them).
Oh and I gave up sugar a couple of months ago which resulted in weight loss and lovely skin. Of course I m not a complete masochist so i'm eating sugar at Xmas , it' remembering the bad toothache I got before that'lll get me back off it !

I usually follow quite a strict way of eating based on The Blood Type by Dr. D'Adamo and the Paul Mackenna (I can make you Thin). There are no magic bullets of course but when i go out and it's difficult to eat carefully I take 2 betaine digestive capsules by Viiridian , also twice on the next day, they're great to 'digest' the meal fast and get rid of bloating.
