Omg that makes the john lewis crap look lame. and .i am animal freak though That is one of the most heart wrenching I have seen. How could those cars keep driving by???????

BudaisintheZONE · 29/04/2010 09:44

CAn't get the link to work Eric.

noddy - just give it UP!!!! It is so full of CRAP. You have done the hard bit. A week is great. Have you replaced it with anything? I like drinking water but I know some people don't. If you are not keen try filling a jug up with water and putting in fridge with sliced lemon and orange. Nice.

noddyholder · 29/04/2010 09:46

I drink lots of water!Have lovely skin now am drinking so much BUT I use to have a can and a handful of nuts every day about 4 ish.I so miss it.I drink lime and soda in the pub might get some

dinkystinky · 29/04/2010 09:55

Morning all. Pilates session done - skinny latte to the left of me, bottle of water to the right and the humongous stapler behind me incase anyone needs to be threatened with it. Buda - well done on your walk. Definitely worth trying out a few one to one sessions to get your technique right then join a class if you want to/get a dvd (I have to book in for classes as find I always find an excuse at home to do something other than an exercise dvd but that's just me). Mummymels - I think the pilates machine might be a reformer bed? V good for resistance training. Gymbox about a mile from my work has just started a class called "Piloxing" - mix of pilates and boxing - the mind boggels

Peppa - respect on the hill storming on the treadmill. Salad sounds yum. You can get reduced fat feta (which we do sometimes) which isnt too bad in the grand sat fat scheme of things.

Cheese - chicken sounds yummy. Will have to try that recipe out.

Kickarse - ah, that's ok then I too was v fit and around 9 7 before kids but used to go to the gym 6 days a week and spend at least an hour and a half on my work outs. Just dont have that time nowadays what with work and wanting to spend as much time outside of work as I can MNing with my loved ones.

dinkystinky · 29/04/2010 09:56

Noddy - I drink fizzy water with a tiny splash of bottlegreen cordial (little bit goes a loooooooong way, which is good cos the stuff is fricking expensive) when in the mood for a soft drink. Dont think it has any aspartame in it.

AitchTwoZone · 29/04/2010 09:58

i am v much enjoying 'the mind boggels'.

we don't get the JL ads up here, we've only got two shops in the country.

noddyholder · 29/04/2010 09:58

Can I get that in the supermarket? Going today and need to avoid the diet aisle!!!!

AitchTwoZone · 29/04/2010 09:59

water, ice and some slices of cucumber is DELISH. i kid ye not.

BudaisintheZONE · 29/04/2010 10:00

OMG Eric. Watched it. Heartrending.

Noddy - lime and soda would be much better than the diet coke. Sounds like it is the whole sitting down, relaxing thing you miss. Soda and cranberry nice too.

noddyholder · 29/04/2010 10:00

I am going to try all of these and hope if I get through another week that will be the end of it.

dinkystinky · 29/04/2010 10:00

I know how to spell it honestly Aitch - Boggle used to be my favourite game growing up

Yup, I've found it in Tesco, Sainsburys and Waitrose - no idea if other ones stock it though.

EricPicklesFatNeck · 29/04/2010 10:01

Oh God, haven't explained.

Totally random footwear moment.

Do we like these glads? Am stroking credit card, but would like opinions first.

Am treating myself for resisting a delicious looking almond croissant this morning.
