I'm not sure you should be allowed in Darrell with those stats

Welcome! We're frightened into the zone by Peppa's ClawTM

Darelle - how tall are you? 7 1/2 stone is tiny! And if you've only had a baby a month ago no wonder you're craving comfort food - probably due to sleep deprivation. Just make sure you drink lots - and I mean lots - of water and make healthy choices 99% of the time and am sure the weight will melt off again.

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 29/04/2010 17:14

Whoops, that was for you Darrell but you have to promise that you are aiming for healthy bmi. (smile)

LadyBlaBlah · 29/04/2010 17:14

I have not been here for a while.

I have been eating lots of soup. Almost exclusively. Have found a spicy bean one which doesn't bring me out in a rash and fills me up to bursting.

I am zoning like I have never zoned before. My appetite has reduced considerably.

I have only lost 4lb since the start (10st1lb to 9st12lb) but that is brilliant and has been up and down. But today, very comfortably in my 12's, squeezing back in my 10s.

DH has been unknowingly in the Zone and has lost over a STONE since being forced into portion control and low low fat. Wish someone would do incognito zoning with me

Got bloody Italian restaurant tonight.

PeppaPigot · 29/04/2010 17:16

i have a stple gun
and i know how to use it

DarrellRivers · 29/04/2010 17:19

Don't worry, I will remain sensible
I know I need i good amount of food to remain sane, but sometimes I just eat because I am bored and I want to stop that snacking
5ft 3 (160cms)

I look better lighter than this, but any lower that 7 7 and I will look horrible
I would like to be between 7.5 and 8

DarrellRivers · 29/04/2010 17:21

Right must go and get DCs
I went to H+M yesterday

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 29/04/2010 17:22

Ok, Ok - what's your plan then?

CheeeseOnToast · 29/04/2010 17:40

I am the same height as you Darrell. again. I personally know I would look reeeeeally skinny at 7.5 stone, my build just wouldnt suit it. I am aiming for 8.5 as my target, currently hovering on the 9 stone borders.

Good luck! What are your strategies?

cocolepew · 29/04/2010 18:00

am mercilessly pleased with this new development, i am pretending i am an athlete

chibi · 29/04/2010 18:06

i have a style and beauty q for those in the know. H+M have some nice summery dresses at the moment, knoee length, printed cotton, strappy tie behind the neck halternecky ones, like you would chuck on over a bikini to go to a BBQ (not that I do this)

at 10st something and 35 years of age should i not even contemplate trying these on?

will i look like some mad past it cougar?

EricPicklesFatNeck · 29/04/2010 18:06

ZoneArmatrading · 29/04/2010 18:29

Jack, can I recoomend wine on empty stomach a la su? I am so appointed just this very now and shaun the sheep never seemed so good. #

dinkystinky · 29/04/2010 18:30

Right am offski. Chibi - well done on your run - that's brilliant. As for halterneck dress, I wouldnt (am 32) but I am large of nork so halternecks are no go zone for me.

Darrell - welcome to our happy little club of staplers and staplees. Glad to hear you're being sensible.

Jack - a big spoonful of pasta is fine - you're not meant to saying no entirely to carbs, just exercising portion control and eating sensibly woman. Now make sure you dont use it as reason to biff out...

JackBauer · 29/04/2010 18:33

oh bums, sorry HELLO DARRELL + WELCOME.
Did the shouting make up for ignoring you?
I see you point pasta but i didn't really want it. Itwas there so i ate it, bad, bad jack.
