Hi ladies

Here is the new thread for December. Weighed in at 9st this month.

Have started on Tamoxifen, which can cause weight gain. My main aim is to keep moving and minimise Christmas/Tamoxifen weight gain, o and to live cause I'm very relieved that my margins are clear.

I’ve not weighed for a few weeks as I’ve been putting it off to be honest! I’ve been really consistent with exercise but food very hit and miss

Hi ladies,
December seems to be flying by. I'm up a pound so far this month, but trying to get my steps up to their normal level, or at least to average out at that. Also doing some Get Fit with Rick workouts, thanks for that suggestion a few months ago, think it was Judy still dreams of horses who suggested that a few months ago. I'm getting a covid jab today and also have a hospital appointment to discuss radiotherapy. Hope everyone is ok.

I’m dreading weighing myself tomorrow, my diet has been really bad the past few weeks! 2024 is going to be the year I sort myself out! Happy New Year

Hi @LBB2020 Happy New Year. I'm doing ok, apologies for the lack of posting. I start radiotherapy. I've eaten far too much over Christmas, had Dominos last night so didn't brave the scales this morning, may be brave tomorrow. Off to start a new thread.
