Hi ladies, here is the new thread. Thought I would use a different type of name cause healthy eating etc is all such a puzzle.
I'm not really clear about any aims this month cause I start 10 days of radiotherapy tomorrow, but I'm aiming as far as possible to keep my fitness level up, even though I've been warned about tiredness. I'll also be trying to eat a bit more healthily when I've got the energy. I've started doing a Get Fit with Rick routine in the morning when I've got the time.
