Most filling breakfast

So I'm trying to lose a few pounds and started counting calories.

Where I'm struggling is with breakfast. I've been having porridge made with water but an hour or so later I'm hungry again.

Could you please give me your most filling low calorie breakfast ideas please

I always find eggs to be the most filling.

If I have porridge I make with almond milk and put a tbsp of peanut butter in, some frozen berries and some seeds sprinkled on top. I find it much more filling that way.

Overnight oats with green yoghurt also good (and a scoop of protein powder sometimes).

Two eggs and 2 slices of wholemeal bread or toast, doesn't matter if they're scrambled, poached boiled or fried, eggs are the only thing that keeps me going through to lunch and I've tried everything at this stage
