Marching March

Morning ladies, here is the new thread for March.

Apologies for being awol so much in February, ;problems with my WiFi, but should be fully sorted in a couple of weeks. I'm so glad we are nearly at the end of a long Winter.

Weighed in at 9st0.75 this morning. I'm aiming to lose a pound or two this month. I'm having problems with my joints hurting at the moment. Had a GP phone appointment yesterday and she just gave me some exercises to do. Its making me feel pretty crap and like an old woman tbh, I'm already on HRT but have been told that it isn't linked. Have started taking Vitamin D, Magnesium and Multi Vits with Cod Liver oil. Hoping to see a difference this month. Its crept up on me for a while but has been particularly uncomfortable the last week or two. Wondering if it will help if I lose a bit more weight. Might seem as if a pound or two wont make much difference, but when you weigh out a pound of butter for baking, it certainly looks a lot.

Hi everyone. Nice to see some activity.

@Octopus45 thinking of you. I hope that ceremony will be nice, or as nice as these things can be.

I've had a gain in the last week and a half. 77.1kg this morning, which is 1.3kg up. I have had a pretty indulgent weekend and week in general. I decided to just go with it.

I've got a sensible plan. I'm making some soup tomorrow (or this afternoon if the chicken defrosts) and on the two days where I have a bit more of an indulgent lunch I'll just have the soup for my evening meal. It's avgolemono so no cream or anything like that, and I won't need to have bread with it. I've been pretty good about no snacking so with all this I should be back on track. Exercise is going well too.

Ooh, I've been a bit upset that I feel like even though I have lost weight my body shape doesn't seem to have changed. But I went out for a walk with my LO in the sling and my walking trousers were basically falling down! Haha! It was a bit embarrassing.

@ScottishBeth sounds as if you are doing well. Funny about your walking trousers. @Judystilldreamsofhorses I've just done one of the Get Fit with Rick workouts, it was quite good.

Thanks @mikado1 , I'm doing ok, good days and bad days. We're having a very small ceremony to bury his ashes on 3rd April. Glad to hear that you are feeling so much better emotionally.

Oh I'll be thinking of you.

Thanks for your good wishes. I've hit the 60 days now and feeling super on it.
