@Hartleyhare1206 shaved another 0.2 off this morning so maybe it’s the berries.
Will need to keep out the kitchen if I’m to get into my linen suit.
Are you flying to your holiday destination? Copenhagen DD says if you book seats at the front of plane sometimes you can get to the head of the queue in arrivals. However, does depend what other flights arrive in at same time

Hartleyhare1206 · 18/07/2022 10:08

Ooh between the minestrone and the flights, there are plenty of top tips in there @Mum5net , thank you!

Well done on your loss - great work! Magic berries for the win!

Weighed on Saturday - 0.6lbs off. Glad the scales went down after the previous weeks unexplained whopping gain, but I’d hoped for considerably more to ditch that weird gain and get me back on track! A big “woosh” so to speak!

it’s so hot! Lots of meals that don’t require any form of heat to create them in our house at the moment. Having the odd cheeky pimms and diet lemonade or ice pop but trying to avoid eating buckets Ben and Jerrys! Just making some “Icecream” for DD to have after school with 0% Greek yog and mashed berries mixed in so will have some of that later and pretend! DDog isn’t impressed with the hot temperatures and resulting lack of walks, although I did get up at 6 and drive to some shady woodlands near by this morning, so he could at least have a potter about and a good sniff before the temperatures got too ridiculous. It’s a pain though as I’m not getting my steps in.

Hope all is good with you? Have you had a lovely weekend? X

Well done @Hartleyhare1206 you are back in business. A loss is a loss. Loving the cheeky Pimms idea and the ice cream. DDog won't mind I'm sure but certainly it affects the old step count. Remember you can lose weight through sweating buckets.

Back up to 64 kg here. I blame Costco. I did buy healthy things, like smoked trout and blueberries and a rotisserie chicken - I just ate them all at once instead of through the week...
DDog still in season. Day 22. Still bleeding a little. That's unfortunate as I let her go commando in the front lounge (all cream) this morning as I forgot to put her house pants on.
Copenhagen DD is on the Amalfi Coast and other DD is in premium hot temp SE, Just got photos of a £3 paddling pool from Lidl that she's bought. It's tiny but she can sit in it. Would be perfect bidet for DDog .

Hartleyhare1206 · 18/07/2022 16:17

@Mum5net your posts make me laugh!
image of dog in pants sat in a paddling pool is strong 😂
My DDog won’t go near the paddling pool, unless it’s to drink from it.
Yog/Berry Icecream not bad at all, but I’d sell a kidney for a white chocolate magnum right about now…
And I’m with you on the Costco thing. My colleague often brings those enormous gateaux/cake things in that they sell, so you did well to escape with chicken, trout and blueberries really!
ps VERY envious of your daughter on the Amalfi coast. One of my favourite places to be 💜

Hey @Mum5net

Hows it going?

OP posts:
Mum5net · 29/07/2022 11:21

Gawd. Ok but 63.3.
london DC is trying to find a rental.
350 people messaged the last one. Forty people interviewed. 😱
It is making me eat chocolate.
How the school holiday ?

Hartleyhare1206 · 29/07/2022 13:28

Goodness me, that’s bonkers! Can see why you hit the chocolate!

Holidays are long 😂😂😂 also seem to be living in the kitchen in order to keep up with the sheer volume of food demands. I swear she eats way more than me, and Is a third of my size! How is that fair?!

Last week I STS, next weigh in tomorrow, will keep you posted. Hoping to see a loss

OP posts:
Hartleyhare1206 · 30/07/2022 09:08

Weigh in complete, have lost a lb. Which means I’ve now lost 1/2 stone. It’s taken 8 weeks to lose so can’t exactly say it’s fallen off 🙄 but feels like a decent result.
id like to think the next 1/2 stone will be quicker, but not convinced by that at all 😂😂
Hope you have a nice weekend @Mum5net xx

@Hartleyhare1206 woot toot 🏆
Fab news.
You’ve just quietly stormed it. 💛
Well done, super pleased for you.
Now To just keep going and we can lose a stone by Xmas albeit I have some catching down to do

Hartleyhare1206 · 30/07/2022 09:32

Thank you @Mum5net

Shall we set ourselves a half stone challenge?

OP posts:
Mum5net · 30/07/2022 11:42

@Hartleyhare1206
yes of course, let’s do that
on way to Edinburgh

Hartleyhare1206 · 30/07/2022 12:30

Ooh sounds fun?
anything special planned whilst there?

OP posts:
Mum5net · 15/08/2022 11:30

OMG at my weigh in today I was 64.9 kg and the Graduation is on the 25th
@Hartleyhare1206 Please tell me you are doing better.

Hartleyhare1206 · 15/08/2022 11:44

@Mum5net I’m typing this whilst eating a chocolate cookie. You do the math 😂😩🤦‍♀️

OP posts:
Mum5net · 22/08/2022 10:42

@Hartleyhare1206 Today back at 63.4kg
i can get into my Boden linen suit but I might not be able to eat on Thursday ( or sit down)

Hartleyhare1206 · 26/08/2022 14:39

Sorry @Mum5net am on hollibobs with no signal and occasional wifi! Eating way too much and suspect I’ll be so heavy that the scales will
buckle under my weight on my return 🤦‍♀️

How was graduation? Well done for shimmying in to your Boden suit - hope you wore comfy shoes if you were avoiding sitting down 😂
All joking aside, that must have been a lovely, and very proud mum moment 💜💜

OP posts:
Mum5net · 20/10/2022 11:40

OP posts:
Mum5net · 20/10/2022 11:57

Hartleyhare1206 · 20/10/2022 15:44

Hartleyhare1206 · 02/11/2022 07:57

will soften the blow!

OP posts:
Mum5net · 07/11/2022 16:33

Dog caught a squirrel today.
I had to throw newly deceased squirrel over a 2 m fence.
Very upsetting start to the week.
65.7 kg

Mum5net · 07/11/2022 16:33

Oops @Hartleyhare1206 forgot to tag you.
Not pleased with dog.
