Does anyone want to share their food diary? I think it may help me keep on the straight and narrow.

My aim - get rid of the lock down stress gain and improve my health.

Today I’ve only had a chicken salad, been super busy. But I’ve also had a pint of beer so that’s not great 😳

Oh dear, a terrible terrible 24hrs of food. Going to hav some home made lamb and veg curry for tea and then brush my teeth and get back onto the zone tomorrow.

Day 43 and no sign of my period, so a new record for me Confused

So weekend went like this:

Friday - i filled up, pretending it was for my long run on Saturday Blush

B: Strawberries yougurt and almond and honey
L: Potato waffles and beans and sausages
D: Home made pizza and a galaxy ripple

Satuday - 13 mile run (it was hard)

B: half a bagel thin with peanut butter
during run: 4 jelly babies
L: Burgers and salad
D: Chicken and tomato kebabs with med veg and some garlic bread

Sunday:
B: Protein Pancakes
D: Paella and bread.

It's been a bit bready this weekend. I'm just meal planning for the week!

Yesterday I focused on sticking to 8hrs, but too many rubbish and the same today! Day 45 Hmm

Day 45 - you’ve broken the record then? How are you feeling?

Today has been:
B: half a bagel abs peanut butter and an iced protein coffee
L: 2 xpotato waffles and fried egg
D: steak, chips, green beans
S: mini cheddars and a small twix

I’m hormonal today, that feeling where no matter what you eat I feel like I’ve eaten nothing and feel faint??? I HATE that feeling!

Well, day 46 is the lucky day! I'm hoping that feeling will go now too - been that way for a few days!

Milkshake & GF brownie
Baguette with cheese & crisps
Chicken pie, potatoes, asparagus & corn on the cob

Still about 3kg down from when I started, so hoping now I can push onwards and downwards.

Hope you feel better today @ILikePizzaAndWine Hormones are the worst!

After goodness knows how long of not sleeping properly at least 9 years I'm really struggling!

Chicken "burger" but I will skip the bun, chips, hummus, carrot & cucumber with lettuce & mayo
Waffle (palm size) with ice cream

Gosh yesterday was embarrassing through combo of sheer exhaustion, stress (work) and people being pants, but I'm going to post it anyway. Today marginally better - but I've stuck to my window today, in fact 7 hours.
