Does anyone want to share their food diary? I think it may help me keep on the straight and narrow.

My aim - get rid of the lock down stress gain and improve my health.

Weight has stopped and in fact gone up slightly over the last few days Confused but day 37 of cycle so probably why... Angry

Thanks, feel like I'm talking to myself most of the time Blush but it's ok to just keep a record here.

Feel like throwing in the towel as things have stopped, but I know it's hormones playing a part, so trying to hold on.

Uhm, most mornings it's on the go after the school run from the local independent or Costa, but if I make it at home it's with FF/blue milk and Cadburys hot choc powder.
I cannot get caught up with/manage calorie counting, hence doing IF and trying to be more sensible than things got in the last lock down.

Large hot choc & GF brownie
Butternut soup & small roll
raspberries & few nuts
2 spoons of pasta with pesto, ribbons of courgette and carrot, mushrooms & spring onion
glass of Sprite
Tunnocks Tea cake

Ok, I've jumped on the photo thread, but it's been a bit quiet for a couple of days, and I'm keen to get started. I need to shift about a stone, but as I'm marathon training I have to be careful, I can't count calories, or cut back on carbs totally, I just have to make more sensible choices if that makes sense?!

YESTERDAY was a very carby day, too many tbh.:
B: Banana Porridge with a tsp of Nutella
L: Bagel Thin, scrambled egg & 2 sausages left over from weekend BBQ
D: Vegetable Lasagne and a bit of salad
Let's not talk about the wine, which is my main problem.Blush

TODAY
B: Strawberries, 0% Greek Yogurt, drizzle of honey
L: Tomato and Basil soup (bought needs using up I hate it when I get in this position!) and a slice of toast
D: Chicken with a rub on, on the BBQ, salad, baked potato
Snacks: Tea, Diet Coke, Banana, and Apple with peanut butter. I WILL NOT HAVE THE MUFFINS I Bought for the kids!!

I'm also trying to not eat the whole house - PMS and exhaustion does not make a good combo!

Cycle day 40 Hmm last time I caved and tested, but my period turned up on day 43, so I guess I will wait it out.

L: Egg Mayo (light Mayo) on a sandwich thin,

Drinks-
2 cups of tea
2 cans Diet Coke

Breakfast : Scrambled eggs and toast
Lunch: Ciabatta roll, feta, tomato, tuna, salad leaves
Snack: snack a jacks, plum, satsuma
Dinner: linguine with sauce, small glass of wine.
1 piece of fudge.
Drinks : Teas and coffees. 1 can San pellegrino

D: 5a% burger, a few oven chips, salad with a slice of cheese

S: a mini Mars and a choc biscuit. A protein spinach smoothie thing
D: diet lilt, wine
