Weighed myself and I'm just over 13 stone. Ideally want to be 11 stone. Trying to lose baby weight from DD born in July 2020 and have eaten a lot of chocolate over lockdowns! Starting SW from home today. Will use this thread for accountability! If anyone wants to join, the more the merrier 😊

Fab well done @MrsBudd
I'm 12.4 so pleased with that, I still have a long way to go but that's almost half a stone!

MrsBudd · 25/01/2021 23:28

That's brilliant, we must both be doing something right!

Made mini Eton mess for Sunday dessert using reduced fat squirty cream and a crumbled meringue nest on top of lots of strawberries and raspberries. Felt like a proper dessert for only a few syns 😊

Starting the week at 12 stone 1.6 pounds! A whole stone down!! 💪 Another one to go which I'm guessing will probably take longer! Hope everyone else doing well.

12 stone exactly today. Hoping to be under 12 by next week! 😊

Fantastic @MrsBudd well done! Your doing fab. I'm still stubbornly at 12.3, I've been trying to hard the last couple of weeks and don't seem to be shifting much at all. I'm trying to just get on with it and plod along telling myself I'll get there without eating cake to comfort myself Grin

MrsBudd · 08/02/2021 12:36

Thank you. I am pleased but I think losing the next stone will take longer... Hope you see some losses soon too. It's tough staying motivated otherwise!

11 stone 12.6 👍🏻

Hello! I've been SW since October. I still have a lot to lose. I'm two stone down with Six to go. I don't look morbidly obese- people are shocked when they realise.

Have you tried the cheeseburger quiche? It's very popular at class! It makes a change.

MrsBudd · 12/02/2021 08:29

Hey @picklemewalnuts well done to you, that's a great loss so far! I haven't tried it, I'll look it up!

Well done Mrs Budd 👏

That's great progress so far @picklemewalnuts well done!

I haven't heard of that either but will look it up

picklemewalnuts · 12/02/2021 11:42

I'll be looking up the carrot cake recipe!

I really enjoy the fibre one popcorn bars and skinny crunch bars as a hexb. That's covering my treats at the moment. It's hex b that I find hardest though- I miss toast, nuts and porridge. Still, it's an education that you need so little.

MrsBudd · 13/02/2021 07:18

I have the kelloggs no added sugar granola for breakfast with raspberries and fat free Greek yogurt for my hexb. Its really nice granola! 😊 And then jacket potato for lunch with lots of salad most days to avoid having bread in a sandwich. We ave having our first cheat meal tomorrow though for valentines day 😂 as long as I stick to plan for all other meals I'm not too worried about falling off the bandwagon 😂

DrCindyPops · 13/02/2021 08:43

I tend to stick to an omelette, soup or baked potato & salad for lunch too. Although the omelette does just make me miss having a big slice of toast with it!

I'm having my first cheat day tomorrow too. Valentine's tea & wedding cake sample tasting!

picklemewalnuts · 13/02/2021 16:24

I'm enjoying baked potatoes, too.

And I've discovered the Fage 0% fat Greek yogurt. It's amazing. So, so good. I'll be eating a lot more of that, with some freedom shot syrup.

Also, the heart shaped IKEA gingerbread thins are just one sin each, and pack a lot of flavour. I've been using them as a spoon to eat Mullerlight yogurt.

MrsBudd · 14/02/2021 08:29

The fage yogurt and gingerbread sound delicious!

Enjoy your wedding cake tasting @drcindypops!

Thanks MrsBudd - I'll enjoy it even more now I'm down to 12.1! Grin

Hope everyone has had a lovely weekend!

MrsBudd · 14/02/2021 14:15

Wahey DrCindyPops that's amazing, well done! 😊

Currently sat in the car with DP & DD eating a McDonald's whilst I have nothing. If I haven't lost weight this week I will be gutted Grin

DrCindyPops · 21/02/2021 08:44

And I haven't, put on a pound. I had a bit of a day off last Sunday but have worked extra hard through the week, 10,000 steps every day & went running 3 times.
Gutted if I'm honest, but just need to try and get over it and move on to next week Sad

MrsBudd · 21/02/2021 20:17

Oh no 🤦🏻‍♀️ hopefully this week will be better. I've had a few days off this week for birthday treats so I haven't weighed yet. Will do in the morning but won't be surprised if I've gained. Back on plan tomorrow!!!

OP posts:
MrsBudd · 22/02/2021 07:00

Starting the week at 11 stone 13. So 13lbs to go!

OP posts:
DrCindyPops · 22/02/2021 07:11

Well done @MrsBudd, I know it's a slight gain but not so bad when you can justify it and have had nice treats this week Smile

Plus your still under 12, I think once I get under 12 and it's less than a stone to go I'll feel better!

MrsBudd · 22/02/2021 08:38

Yes that's true. Now need to draw a line under all the treats 😂

I've decided to go back to writing everything I eat on the fridge, just to make me think twice before I eat something! I've meal planned as well as I find I can stick to it easier that way.

Hopefully you'll get past the 12 stone mark very soon 😊
