Sorry Mumsnet, this isn't going to make interesting reading! I just want to use the forum as an online diary so that I'm sort of 'held accountable' for what I'm eating. I've lost a couple of stone already this year but I'm still about a stone overweight. My initial target is to be 10 stone by 1st November. I'm 10.7 at the moment. I'm hoping to get by with less than 1400 cals a day.
1st October -
Lunch: Cottage cheese - 150
Sweetcorn - 50
Red pepper - 50
Flat bread - 100
Plum - 50
Cake bar - 100
Snack: Gherkins - 50
Dinner: Falafel - 200
Houmous - 150
Celery - negligible
Flat bread - 100
Starwberries - 50
Cake bar x 2 - 200
Yoghurt - 50
Total: 1300
Just one dog walk today, around 50 minutes
